Young Adult Fellowship & Faith Formation 2018-19
Young Adult Ministry is geared towards adults in their 20’s and 30’s, single and married, wishing to explore and deepen their Catholic faith. Our goal is to help each other grow closer to God and the community as the body of Christ. Join us and be challenged and encouraged as you meet new people, ask questions, hear new perspectives, and encounter Christ.

Potluck & Board Game Night

St. Brigid Young Adult Ministry will be hosting a community potluck and game night on Tuesday, October 2 from 7-8:30 PM in Hendricks Hall. All young adults, single and married, in their 20’s and 30’s are invited! Mark your calendar to meet new people & have a great fellowship gathering.

Being Catholic: How We Believe, Practice, & Think by Archbishop Daniel Pilarczyk
Tuesdays, October 9, 16, 23, & 30 | 7-8:30 PM in the Massey Teen Room
This series will focus on understanding and applying what we believe to daily life. Drawing from the Catechism of the Catholic Church, this series will explore the guiding principles of our faith and how we put faith into action each day through beliefs, practices, and mentality.
This book is broken into three sections, which will be covered in three stages:
Part 1, How we believe: Tuesdays, May 8-June 5
Part 2, How we practice: Tuesdays, July 24-Aug. 14
Part 3, How we think: Tuesdays, Oct.2-Oct. 30
The one-time fee of $10 covers the cost of participation for the October series. Come to the Oct. 2 potluck to get your book!
How We Think: A series of thoughtful, pastoral and heartfelt reflections on all aspects of our lives in the world, seen through the eyes of one deeply faithful to the tradition and teachings of the church. Topics for “Thinking Catholic” include respect for life, spiritual maturity and a universal Church.

Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) Columbus
YCP Columbus launches on Wednesday, October 17, 2018. The mission of Young Catholic Professionals (YCP) is to encourage young adults working in various professions to ‘Work in Witness for Christ’. As a local chapter of the national organization, YCP membership consists of young adults in Columbus, Ohio in their 20s and 30s, single and married, who are highly motivated to achieve personal and professional success while seeking a greater understanding of their Catholic faith. Columbus Theology on Tap
Young Adult ministries from all over Columbus gather from 7:00-9:00 PM the 2nd Thursday of every month for Theology on Tap at El Vaquero (3230 Olentangy River Road, Columbus 43202). Join us once a month, September- May, as we gather to listen to speakers, share conversation, and meet new people.
