High School Youth Ministry
Schedule for 2009 - 2010 Year

Summer Service Opportunities: Please join us in our ministry with the children at Run the Race Club on Tuesday afternoons. We will need parent drivers to assist with volunteers. Rachel will be counting on us as she has tagged Tuesdays as Terrific Tuesdays with the teens from St. Brigid. That is us...so let's not let the children down. We will leave at 12:30 and be back at 5:00. We will begin on June 15th.

Time To Hang Tuesdays: The name of Tuesday night chill time is changed because we now order pizza. Bring $3 starting on June 15th from 6:30-9:00 and just stay connected with friends in a fun setting, sharing pizza, games, sports or whatever with one another. If interest is expressed, we may do activities off site too. We need to hear from you.

Living the Questions meets most Sundays during the school year in Monsignor Hendricks Hall, beginning at 6:15 pm and ending at 8:00 pm on the dates specified, followed by an optional BYBS (Bible Study) from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Please note Living the Questions has finished for 2009 - 2010 school year and we are now following our summer schedule.

5/16 Senior Appreciation Mass and Brunch at 12:15 Mass

Remember our other activities include:

  • BYBS: Brigid Youth Bible Study and application from 8:00 - 9:00 pm after Living the Questions
  • Run the Race Club: Ministry to Rachel's kids (playing, feeding, tutoring, teaching arts and crafts, sports, etc.) at 303 N. Eureka from 4:00- 6:45 on Wednesdays we don't go to the street.
  • Fruit of the Vine: Ministry to the homeless on the streets: 10/14, 12/9, 1/13, 2/24, and 3/10.
  • Gospel Road: Tentatively July 11-15, 2010 in New Philadelphia
