Our Bishop, Robert J. Brennan, has called for a special day of prayer and penance for the sick and those who care for them on Friday, March 27, 2020.

In support of his call, St. Gabriel Radio will have at the top of the each hour on a local priest for 10-15 minutes of prayer and encouragement. This will be from 8AM-5PM and then they will rejoin their regularly scheduled programming during these hours.

We hope you will join this Friday – listening and praying with your community!

Pope Francis has also called us to join with the world in prayer through an extraordinary blessing “urbi et orbi” (to the city and the world) at 1 p.m. ET on Friday. Read more about that here.
